Service Ministry Group

to meet regularly, and to ensure that agenda and minutes of meetings are given to the Rector and posted on the noticeboard in good time, for the information of the Community;
to suggest and promote activities which help to raise the Community’s awareness of its responsibilities towards the Church and the wider world;
to assist other student committees in the execution of their duties, in particular the organisation of special events, arrangements for special presenters, etc;
to co-ordinate the Sunday collection, the proceeds of which are divided between support of Chapel running expenses, and charities to be nominated by the Committee;
to check and maintain First Aid supplies; and to arrange for training of seminarians in First Aid procedures;
to support staff and seminarians as required.
